Frequently asked questions
Can I cycle in the Tokyo metropolis?
Tokyo has bicycle-only roads such as the Tama River Cycling Road, Edogawa Cycling Road, and Arakawa Cycling Road.
Although Tokyo is a big city, it has few cars but is very crowded. Please be careful when cycling in the central area. The areas around the Imperial Palace and Yasukuni Shrine are recommended for cycling.
We recommend Kanagawa Prefecture. There are many areas where you can experience nature, such as Kamakura, Shonan, Hakone, Fuji, and the Miura Peninsula.
It is best to plan your itinerary according to your preferences and time.
CHow long does the battery last?

Our E-Bikes are equipped with batteries that last longer than any other company in the city. The city type is listed as lasting for 60km, and the touring type for 100km, so it's enough for the average person to get around the city. In fact, 50% of users return the bike with more than half the battery left.
However, if you go over the mountains to Hakone, the battery may run out on the way back. In that case, choose a larger capacity type such as an E-Touring Bike. If you are thinking of a long ride, please consult in advance.
If you are staying for multiple nights and renting an E-Bike, we can also rent a charger for an additional cost.
Can I attach a child seat to the bicycle? Up to what age can a child ride?

Yes, we have Bobike child seats and can install them on our E-City Bike and E-Touring Bike for an additional cost. They can accommodate children up to 6 years old.
They cannot be installed on road bikes or mountain bikes.

Can you deliver the bike to the station or hotel?

Our base is in Totsuka, Kanagawa Prefecture. We deliver bikes to the Totsuka, Ofuna, and Kamakura areas free of charge. Delivery further away will incur an additional fee.
